Red River Valley Home and Garden Show Sponsorship Opportunities

The Home and Garden Show is held in February and boasts over 100,000 square feet of exhibit space and over 300 vendors. Between 10,000 and 12,000 consumers attend each year. Rates are for 2008. Prices may increase in 2009

Platinum Sponsor—$10,000—This sponsor will have the opportunity to host 3 seminars for their products or services throughout the course of the show. The sponsor will have the opportunity to work with the featured speaker of the Home and Garden Show. The sponsor’s logo will appear in the visual part of the television ad, as well as one of the two radio ads. In addition the sponsor will be promoted on the tabloid cover and center page or the pages with the seminar information and those pages promoting the featured speaker. The sponsor has the potential opportunity to be interviewed on-air during the opening day of the show and will be acknowledged in the media kits, show program, seminar program and on the covers of the January and February Plains Builder. This sponsor will receive a ½ page ad as well as an article on the sponsor company in the Red River Valley Home and Garden Show Tabloid. Complimentary exhibit space of a 20 x 20 or a 10 x 20 booth will also be provided.

Gold Sponsor—$7,500—This sponsor will have the opportunity to host 2 seminars for their products or services throughout the course of the show. In addition the sponsor will be promoted on the tabloid cover and center page or the pages with the seminar information and those pages promoting the featured speaker. The sponsor has the potential opportunity to be interviewed on-air during the opening day of the show and will be acknowledged in the media kits, show program, seminar program and on the covers of the January and February Plains Builder. This sponsor will receive a ¼ page ad as well as an article on the sponsor company in the Red River Valley Home and Garden Show Tabloid. Complimentary exhibit space of a 10 x 10 or an 8 x 10 booth will also be provided.

Silver Sponsor—$5,000—This sponsor will have the opportunity to host 1 seminar for their products or services throughout the course of the show. In addition the sponsor will be promoted on the tabloid cover and center page or the pages with the seminar information and those pages promoting the featured speaker. The sponsor has the potential opportunity to be interviewed on-air during the opening day of the show and will be acknowledged in the media kits, show program, seminar program and on the covers of the January and February Plains Builder. This sponsor will receive a 1/8 page ad in the Red River Valley Home and Garden Show Tabloid. Complimentary exhibit space of an 8 x 10 booth will also be provided.

Bronze Sponsors—4 available at $2,500.00 each — These sponsors will receive space for a 30-second visual presentation on the video that will run prior to each seminar held on the main stage. The sponsor will receive a 1/16 page ad in the Red River Valley Home & Garden Show tabloid. The sponsor will be recognized at the seminar area though signage, in the show program, and in the HBA Plains Builder. A Web site link will be provided for the sponsor on the HBA’s Web page promoting the show. The opportunity for on-air interviews during the opening day of the show (if available) will also be provided to the sponsor.

Fall Home Show Sponsorship Opportunities

The Fall Home Show is held in late September. At this show there is 30,000 square feet of exhibit space with exhibits on residential construction and home improvements. Approximately 2,000 to 3,000 consumers attend this event every year.

Gold Sponsor—$2,500—The Gold sponsor of the Fall Home Show will receive the opportunity to host on seminar on the Saturday of the show.  Sponsor will receive one 10 x 10 booth space on the exhibition floor with the option of having a display or promotional materials in the seminar area. The sponsor’s logo will appear on the show tabloid cover, in the seminar section, and on the map page.  The sponsor will also be recognized in the show flyer and program, on seminar signs at the show, on the HBA website with a link to the sponsor’s website and on the cover of the September issue of t he HBA Plains Builder. The sponsor will receive a ¼ page black and white ad in the show tabloid.

Bronze Sponsor—$2,000—The Bronze sponsor of the Fall Home Show will receive one 10 x 10 booth space on the exhibition floor. The sponsor’s logo will appear on the show tabloid cover, in the seminar section, and on the map page.  The sponsor will also be recognized in the show flyer and program, on seminar signs at the show, on the HBA website with a link to the sponsor’s website and on the cover of the September issue of t he HBA Plains Builder. The sponsor will receive a ¼ page black and white ad in the show tabloid.

Spring Golf Outing Sponsorship Opportunities

The annual Spring Golf Outing is held in June of every year and is the HBA social event of the year!

General Sponsor—$180—This sponsorship provides the opportunity for early registration, name on scorecards, programs, table tents and on a sign at one hole on the course. There is also the opportunity to donate door prizes or offer a game at one hole. At this level there are 72 sponsorships available

Eagle Sponsor—$400—This sponsorship has the opportunity for early bird registration, name on scorecards, programs, table tents, and on a sign at one hole on the course. There is also the opportunity to donate door prizes or offer a game at one hole. This sponsor can also have its name on one of the beverage carts and special recognition at the lunch and dinner. Only 2 sponsorships are available at this level.

Double Eagle Sponsor—$600—This sponsorship has the opportunity for early bird registration, name on scorecards, programs, table tents, and on a sign at one hole on the course. There is also the opportunity to donate door prizes or offer a game at one hole. This sponsor can also have its name on a banner and special recognition at the lunch and dinner. Only one sponsorship is available at this level.

General Membership Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

The General Membership Meetings are held in January, February, March, May, August, October, and November. The November sponsor also pays for two drinks per attendee.

GMM Sponsor—$300-$600—The sponsor would be provided with a table to display materials and will have permission to hand out promotional materials or place them on tables during social. The sponsor will be mentioned in the program and have 2-3 minutes during the meeting to speak about their company. A sign with the sponsor’s logo will be placed at the registration table. The sponsor will be recognized in the Plains Builder. The sponsor will receive free attendance for 2 to 4 people, based on sponsorship level, to attend the meeting. The sponsor will receive labels for HBA builder members and a follow-up list/phone numbers to use for additional marketing. The sponsor will also be recognized on the invitation if one is used.

GMM Tabletop Sponsor—$160—As a tabletop sponsor, the company’s logo and Web site is displayed on one table of every General Membership Meeting of the year. The sponsor will also be recognized in the Plains Builder magazine throughout the year.

Education Seminar Sponsorship Opportunities

Minnesota Contractors Continuing Education—$1,500 for all three sessions—Sponsor will have their logo featured on signage and materials promoting the class. The sponsor will be recognized on the HBA Web site and during the class. The sponsor will also be recognized in the Plains Builder. The sponsor can also choose between membership labels or continuing education class attendee labels and a follow up list for additional marketing.

Electrical Continuing Education—$300—Sponsor will have its logo featured on signage and materials promoting the class. The sponsor will be recognized on the HBA Web site and during the class. The sponsor will also be recognized in the Plains Builder. The sponsor can also choose between membership labels or continuing education class attendee labels and a follow up list for additional marketing.

Picnic Sponsorship Opportunities

Muddy Boots Picnic—$800—The sponsoring company will be mentioned in the Plains Builder and Builder Alert. The sponsor’s logo will be on invitations. The logo will also be on signage displayed at the picnic. The sponsor will be able to set up booth space at the picnic to visit with attendees about their products and services. The sponsor will receive a set of labels and follow-up list of members for additional marketing.

Remodelors Council Picnic—$250—The sponsoring company will be mentioned in the Plains Builder and Builder Alert. The sponsor’s logo will be on invitations. The logo will also be on signage displayed at the picnic. The sponsor will be able to set up booth space at the picnic to visit with attendees about their products and services. The sponsor will receive a set of labels and follow-up list of members for additional marketing.
