Scholarships

Home Builders Care has donated scholarship funds of over $385,000 to area students since 1995. 

High School Scholarships 

Applications opened Feb. 5 and are due April 8.

They are open to any local high school student interested in pursuing a career in the trades at Minnesota State Community and Technical College or North Dakota State College of Science.

Post-Secondary Scholarships

Applications open in September and are due in November. 

The Foundation provides scholarships to college-level students who are members of a construction industry-related student chapter (example: National Association of Home Builders Student Chapter) at Minnesota State Community and Technical College (Moorhead),  Minnesota State University Moorhead, North Dakota State College of Science (Wahpeton) and North Dakota State University.

Herdina Construction Trades Camp Scholarship

Applications are due each June during the camp. Scholarships are available to Herdina Construction Trades Camp attendees only.​​​​​​
